2. Services

Mulgen provides professional consulting and advisory services to business and institutional clients. Our services may include, but are not limited to, management consulting, sustainability consulting, strategic advisory, project advisory, and guidance related to grants, incentives, and investment support programs offered by governments, international organizations, and development institutions.

All services are provided directly by Mulgen to its clients. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees of each engagement may vary depending on the project, client requirements, and any written agreement between the parties.

3. Orders and Payments

Payments made through this website are for professional consulting and advisory services provided by Mulgen. By making a payment, the client confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the submitted billing and contact information is accurate.

Unless otherwise stated in a written proposal, service agreement, or invoice, payment terms are determined at the time of purchase or engagement. Payment may be required in full or in part before services begin.

Mulgen reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel a service request or transaction if there are reasonable concerns related to legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment authorization, sanctions, or operational feasibility.

4. Nature of Services

Mulgen provides professional services and does not sell physical goods. Because of the nature of consulting and advisory services, service outcomes may depend on multiple external factors, including client cooperation, accuracy of information provided by the client, regulatory requirements, third-party decisions, funding criteria, or public authority processes.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Mulgen does not guarantee any specific funding, grant, regulatory, licensing, investment, or project approval outcome.

5. Return Policy

Mulgen does not sell physical products. Therefore, returns of physical goods are not applicable.

If a client has questions regarding the scope, status, scheduling, or delivery of a purchased service, the client should contact Mulgen using the contact details listed above.

6. Refund Policy

Because Mulgen provides professional consulting and advisory services, refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service purchased and the amount of work already performed.

Clients may submit a refund request by email within 7 calendar days of the payment date. The request should include the client’s name, payment details, invoice or transaction reference, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In evaluating a request, Mulgen may consider factors including:
• whether the service has already been scheduled or started,
• whether consulting time has already been allocated,
• whether research, preparation, assessment, or analysis has already been completed,
• whether written deliverables have already been prepared or delivered,
• and whether the matter involves a billing error, duplicate charge, or service-related issue.

Where appropriate, Mulgen may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
• correction of a billing error,
• rescheduling of the service,
• partial refund,
• or full refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer.

Refunds are generally not available for services already delivered in full, completed consulting sessions, or completed project-based work, unless required by law or unless a confirmed billing error has occurred.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a scheduled consulting session, advisory call, or service appointment by written notice sent to Mulgen using the contact details provided on this website.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time may be accepted without penalty and may be eligible for rescheduling;
• cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time may be non-refundable, in whole or in part, depending on the preparation, time allocation, and work already performed.

For project-based or ongoing services, either party may request termination of the engagement by written notice. In such cases, the client remains responsible for payment for:
• work already performed,
• time already allocated,
• research or preparation already completed,
• and any completed or substantially completed deliverables.

Any unused prepaid portion, if applicable, will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and any applicable written service agreement.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the performance of the services. Mulgen is not responsible for delays, deficiencies, or unsuccessful outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or late information supplied by the client or third parties acting on the client’s behalf.

The client is also responsible for reviewing proposals, invoices, deliverables, and communications in a timely manner and for raising any concerns without undue delay.

9. Dispute Resolution

Mulgen is committed to resolving service and billing issues fairly and in good faith. If a client believes there is an error, misunderstanding, or issue related to a service or payment, the client should contact Mulgen before initiating a chargeback or formal payment dispute.

The client should provide all relevant information, including the invoice number, payment reference, date of payment, and a clear description of the issue. Mulgen will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to resolve it directly.

Initiating a payment dispute without first attempting direct resolution may delay the review process and may limit the ability of both parties to resolve the matter efficiently.

10. Promotions and Discounts

Mulgen may occasionally offer promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time service packages. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all promotions:
• are valid only during the announced promotional period,
• are subject to availability,
• may not be combined with other offers,
• are non-transferable,
• are not redeemable for cash,
• and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Any specific promotion will be governed by the terms stated at the time the offer is made.

11. Legal and Compliance Restrictions

Mulgen provides services subject to applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Our services may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Mulgen reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where:
• the requested engagement may violate applicable law or regulation,
• the client or transaction raises sanctions, anti-money laundering, fraud, or compliance concerns,
• the service involves prohibited or restricted jurisdictions, persons, or entities,
• or legal, regulatory, licensing, or cross-border restrictions otherwise apply.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their activities and use of Mulgen’s services comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mulgen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of its services or this website.

Mulgen’s total liability in connection with any specific paid service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that specific service, except where a greater liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Policies excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, methodologies, proposals, templates, written analyses, presentations, and advisory content prepared by Mulgen remain the intellectual property of Mulgen or its licensors.

Clients may use deliverables provided to them solely for their internal business purposes, unless broader usage rights are expressly granted in writing.

14. Privacy and Data Use

Mulgen may collect and use client contact, billing, and service-related information for the purpose of communication, service delivery, invoicing, compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.

Clients should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated personal data through general website forms unless specifically requested and appropriate safeguards have been agreed.

A separate Privacy Policy may apply to the processing of personal data through this website and Mulgen’s services.

15. Modifications

Mulgen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Policies at any time. Any updates will become effective when published on this website, unless otherwise stated.

Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms governing the use of the website and services.

16. Governing Terms

These Terms & Policies apply together with any proposal, invoice, statement of work, engagement letter, or separate written agreement issued by Mulgen. If there is any conflict between these Terms & Policies and a separately signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
